Assistant Professor email: hermes [at] dc [dot] ufscar [dot] br Hermes Senger received the BS in Computer Science from Universidade Estadual Paulista (UNESP) in 1989, and the MS and PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University of São Paulo (USP) in 1996 and 2002, respectively. He is currently an assistant professor at the Department of Computer Science (Departamento de Computação) of the Federal University of São Carlos (UFSCar). He has served as reviewer for the following scientific journals: Journal of Systems Architecture (JSA), Journal of Parallel and Distributed Computing (JPDC), Journal of Systems and Software (JSS), International Journal of Distance Education Technologies (IJDET), Journal of Parallel, Emergent and Distributed Systems, International Journal of High Performance Systems Architecture (IJHPSA) e Concurrency and Computaion: Practice and Experience. His main research interests include high performance computing, parallel and distributed systems, performance evaluation, resource scheduling, scalability analysis, fault tolerance, security, and applications. He is a CNPq fellow since march, 2010. |
